Rahul Sharma said that he was preparing from the long time for this and this time was the golden opportunity for him to grab and dominate the Indian market again.
Micromax launched its two Smartphones in India under the subbrand named IN. First smartphone is a budget category Smartphone Micromax In Note 1 and second one is an entry level Smartphone Micromax In 1b at the price of 10,999 and 6,999 INR respectively.

Firstly, we will talk about some positive things of this Smartphone, its Pros. So let's get straight into it..
Pros of Micromax In Note 1
1. Display
Firstly we will talk about the Display. So, I am not gonna tell you its specifications and features I will only tell you in what aspect is better from its competitors.
Micromax IN note 1 offer a big display with a beautiful punch hole at the middle. I have to say that the Display Quality is very good, it is a big display which is good for media and content consumption. Brightness is far good in indoor and outdoor lighting conditions. This is the only one Smartphone which is offering Full HD+ Display at this price bracket.
2. Camera
The Micromax In note 1 offers a quad camera setup in backside and one camera in the front side of the Smartphone. The primary sensor of the Smartphone is 48mp Samsung sensor. Camera quality is decent. Photos are good in Indoor and outdoor lighting conditions. Awesome colour production. I must tell you that camera it not very good, but it is not going to disappoint you anyway. These things can be fixed with the software updates. After the first update many thing are improved in camera and some bugs are also removed.
3. Performance
Now, according to me it is the most important and major section of the Smartphone, it's performance. The smartphone comes with a Mediatek Helio G85 processor. It is a decent processor for gaming, and other stuff. You can play Call of Duty at Medium Settings without any lag. Smooth gameplay at this price point. I played 1 hour Call Of Duty and there was no heating issue observed.
4. Battery
Micromax In note 1 gives you a big battery of 5000 mAH, which is now in almost every Smartphone. You can very easily get a 1 day Battery Backup with heavy usage.
You get a 18watt fast charger in the box. But, believe me guys the Charging speed of this Smartphone is very slow. It took it 3 hrs to change from 0-100%
5. User Experience
The very best thing about this Smartphone is that you get a Stock Android experience. Yeah, this is not a pure Stock Android. But there are no ads and recommendations in this Smartphone and no bloatware is there and this makes the user experience more snappy.
Cons
1. No widevine L1 support
In this Smartphone you get a widevine L3 support and no L1 support. This means you cannot watch full HD content in your OTT platforms. But according to me it is not a huge problem and can by fixed by software updates.
2. Storage Type
In this Smartphone you get an EMMC 5.1 storage. Hence it an old version that's why you will get slow storage speed in comparison of other phones.
3. Built Quality
Now, for the built quality I must say that built quality of this Smartphone can be more better. Not only me, all the Tech Reviewers and bloggers are saying that. There are serious quality issues in this phone. Display is not strong enough. No Gorilla 🦍 Glass protection is there. So, if you are planning to buy this Smartphone then do buy a strong cover and glass for this.
4. Video Quality
Video Quality is not any good in this Smartphone. There is no Optical or Electronic stabilization (EIS or OIS) in this Smartphone. No 4k video recording is there. No 60fps recording is there in this phone.
